Visiting the Easter Bunny
Have you had your visit with the Easter Bunny yet?
If not, the Easter Bunny is visiting several malls until Sat., April 3rd.
Check out each one here. I've also added a few more Easter Egg Hunt events... they just keep cropping up!
We attended the Reston Easter Egg Hunt today. The kids had a blast... literally, it was so windy!
Be sure to dress your little ones warmly when taking them out egg hunting! I hope you'll send in your photos for our Facebook page!
Happy Easter!

First Annual Kids in the Kitchen
Everyone wants to encourage their kids to eat better and to exercise more!
What better way to do that than to make it fun! This event will provide resources for child-based exercise, nutrition education, and recipes for healthy eating habits. The event will include fitness demonstrations, cooking demos, interactive booths and many other fun activities. Participating children will have an opportunity to enter a drawing to win a Wii Fit.
And the best part of it is the event is FREE.
I hope you'll do your best to attend this event this Saturday from 10am -2pm in Springfield, VA. To find out the details, please check out their website.
Enjoy the weekend and please send us your pictures so we can post them on our Facebook page!

It's Time for Spring Cleaning
We went for a walk (or two), then played outside, then sat outside with our popsicles. No one wanted to go back in.
But, since we're back inside, why not start going through the closets and getting ready for those consignment sales that are coming up!
Check out all the ones coming up in the next few weeks. Even if it's too late to consign, you can still get some fabulous bargains on clothes for the kids!
Have fun shopping and please come back and share your "great deal" stories!
Enjoy the weather!

The Big Apple
The Big Apple Circus has been in Dulles for an entire week and I missed it!
Fortunately, it's not too late - March 6 - 27th, the Circus will run at various times
for one hour and 50 minutes with an intermission at 21100 Dulles Town Center Circle in Sterling, VA.
"Big Apple presents our all new show Bello is Back! under the Big Apple Big Top performing breath-taking feats of humor in the theatrical focus of one ring with no seat more than 50 feet away!It seems like only yesterday that this daredevil clown made his hair-raising New York debut with the Big Apple Circus. He's been a big start all over the world ever since and was named "America's Best Clown" by Times Magazine.
Bello is joined by a world of stellar circus stars; Spain's juggling artiste, Picaso Jr., Russia’s Aniskin Troupe who catapult to the top of the tent on trampoline and soar across it on trapeze. For sheer beauty our very own aerialist Regina Dobrovitskaya rises through the air on shimmering ribbons. Equestrians Christine and Sultan get your heart pounding as they straddle galloping horses Roman style, and wait till you see what our company members can do with a pack of whacky dogs rescued from shelters!
Of course there's more and for an extra measure of love and laughter, there's our very own Grandma."
Go to their website and click on the box on the right that says "Buy Tickets Online" to see times and prices.
Have a great weekend and please send us pictures of your and your family at the Big Apple Circus!

On a Roll for Easter
A current listing of many community Easter Egg Hunts is listed here. Some are free and some are not. Some have rain dates and others are "rain or shine."
Whichever you decide to attend, I hope you will have an Eggciting time. Please submit photos of you and you family at an Egg Hunt (or two - shhh, I won't tell).
If you know of a local Egg Hunt not listed, please forward the information so we can add it to the list.
